Lean Practitioner – Step 10

Here are the training modules for the Lean Practitioner in Manufacturing Step 10. The modules in each step include a training video, a course workbook and any required supporting documents. There are case studies available with several of the steps to demonstrate the application of lean principles.

There are two types of training video listed below:

a) An introduction video with a  short description, click the ‘view’ link to launch the player window.

b) A title link, which you click to access the training video.

When you click one of the title links below, a new browser window will open. In the center of this window you will see a video. Scroll down below the video and you will see an attachments tab that contains the course workbook and any supporting documents. Click on the document links to download and save them to your computer.

Click the “Play” button to start the video and follow along with the facilitator using the course workbook and supporting documents. Each video has a Table of Contents on the left side of the screen. You will be able to view it by placing your mouse pointer over the video while it is playing. The Table of Contents will allow you to move up or down to another section in the training video.

There is a control bar, this allows you to pause and play the video. You can also adjust the audio level and switch to full screen viewing. You can adjust the size of the video screen from full to small screen by clicking the + or – button above the video. You can watch the video at your own convenience and pace, which means you can stop and start the video, and come back to it when you are ready. You have 24/7 access to this training for 12 months from the date of purchase.
